Myotistar is an independent research and conservation company focused on the study of bats.
Based in Ontario, Canada, but with projects extending across Canada and the Neotropics, we conduct groundbreaking research on bats, especially on the species most at risk. Myotistar provides science-based expertise in bat research, conservation, and habitat management to advise individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Our goal is to contribute to the collective understanding of bat conservation at both the local and landscape scales. As such, we cover a vast array of advanced bat research topics, such as field habitat assessment, acoustic inventory, permitting, capture and tracking, desktop habitat analysis, and even habitat use programs. With these offered services, we help our clients understand their environmental impact on bats.
